Chatroom inbound and outbound messages only apply to message event listening in the chatroom

Inbox chat message event

There are the following two push events; subscribe if needed:

chat_mt_message_notify (chatroom downstream message reception)

chat_mo_message_notify (chatroom upstream message reception)
