Utility Templates

How to create Utility templates on the InnoPaaS platform.

1. Log in InnoPaaS account

2. Select WABA

Select the WhatsApp product, choose "Templates", then after entering the page select which WABA you want to create the message template under and click "+ New templates".

3. Choose utility template
