# Phone Number Status and Quality

**Status** if displayed as CONNECTED, then the connection is successful.

**Quality Rating** if displayed as GREEN, it is good and no action is required; if displayed as YELLOW, it indicates the number's quality rating has dropped, possibly due to sending low-quality messages or a small number of complaints, please keep an eye on the number/[Message Status](https://docs.innopaas.com/documentation/documentation-en/whatsapp-product/editor/template-status-and-quality); if displayed as RED, immediately stop sending any messages, as it may have received a large number of complaints. Please wait patiently for the quality rating to recover (usually about a week), and it is also recommended to modify the message template content to avoid complaints.
