# Pre-Access Preparation Materials

**Facebook account**: Must be stable and not blocked. New FB account needs to be kept active from the same IP and device for a few days;

**Phone number(s) used to send messages**: Not registered with any WhatsApp products, able to receive verification codes (voice codes are also acceptable);

**Company website**: Must include the full legal name, address and contact number of the business as stated on its business license. For example: <https://innopaas.com>

**Company email**: The email domain must match the website domain, and is also used to receive Meta email notifications later. For example: <brand.product@innopaas.com>

**Company qualification certificate/business license**: Must include the company name, address, and contact number (local number that can receive verification codes);

**Note**: If the business license/qualification certificate does not include a local number, you must also provide any one of the following documents that contains the number:

* **Certificate/Articles of Incorporation**
* **Business Registration or License Document**
* **Government Issued Business Tax Document**: This could include a Tax Certificate. Self-filed tax documents are not accepted.
* **Business Bank Statement**
* **Utility Bill**: water/electricity bill, phone bill, gas bill, etc.
