Phone Number Status and Quality

The phone number is displayed on the InnoPaaS platform as "Sender".

Status if displayed as CONNECTED, then the connection is successful.

Quality Rating if displayed as GREEN, it is good and no action is required; if displayed as YELLOW, it indicates the number's quality rating has dropped, possibly due to sending low-quality messages or a small number of complaints, please keep an eye on the number/Message Status; if displayed as RED, immediately stop sending any messages, as it may have received a large number of complaints. Please wait patiently for the quality rating to recover (usually about a week), and it is also recommended to modify the message template content to avoid complaints.
